Key aspects to observe during a field visit to a departmental store include analyzing the layout of different departments, the nature of products offered for sale, the display of fresh arrivals, promotional campaigns, spaces and advertisements, assistance provided by sales personnel, facilities at the billing counter such as cash and card swipes, and additional customer facilities .
The project must be submitted by the 10th of August 2025, adhering to the proper format which includes tape binding and not using stick files.
