Whereas Barangay Gandawan through the committee meeting decided to change the signature
of Mrs. Lenie S. Tawi the Treasurer of the association due to reasons found valid by the body.
Whereas treasurer have to change her specimen from her old signature in Salug Valley Bank
Inc. due changing of civil status.
Whereas Mrs. Lenie S. Tawin, Treasurer and Mr. Hilbert B. Sara, President are authorized as co
– signatory in the Bank related to the bank transactions for the best interest of associations the Healthy
Start Feeding Program.
Upon joint sponsorship, it was mentioned by Teresita A. Ruiz, and duly seconded by Gina B.
