CTC : INR 4.2 Lakhs per annum.
Job Location : Pune (Or Work from Home)
Job Timing : Monday to Friday : 10 AM to 6 PM
Job Roles and responsibilities :
• CAE Project Engineer has to perform Analysis on CAE project at ELEATION’s Pune office or work from
home.
• CAE Project Engineer has to present the result to ELEATION’s Clients.
• CAE Project Engineer has to work on new product development department of ELEATION’s Clients.

Step 1 : College Details For ELEATION’s On-Campus Placement process

NOTE :
• You can select any date from Monday to Friday, We can’t conduct the Placement drive on Saturday and Sunday or
holidays
• You can select any date before 30th January 2023.
• To conduct the placement process smoothly, we request you to please ask all the students to come to college,
students can’t attend this process from their location(home), all the students has to come to college to attend the
placement process.
• Students can carry their laptops and mobiles for the placement process.
ELEATION’s On-Campus Placement Program for 2023 Batch Students
Step 2 : Confirmation mail from team ELEATION along with Online Test Process.
Once we will receive the details via mail mentioned in step 1 from College TPO, then we will share a
confirmation mail with college TPO containing the link to attend the Round 1 : Online Technical test, college TPO need to
share the mail with all the students of 2023 batch students of Mechanical, Civil, Production, Automobile and other related
Engineering branches.
Step 3 : ELEATION’s On-Campus Placement Process:
Round 1 : Online Technical Test :
• Online test – We will conduct Round 1 : Online Technical Test from 10 AM to 11 AM.
• Online Technical Test contains 50 MCQ questions from ANSYS, HyperWorks, CAE, FEA/FEM, All the questions will be
from the topics mentioned below :

• Total Test duration is 60 minutes
• Total Test marks 100
• To clear round 1, students need to score 80 or more marks.
• Students scoring 80 or more marks are eligible to attend the Round 2 : Technical Interview
Round 2 : Online Technical Interview
• Between 11:30 AM to 2 PM, we will conduct technical interview via Google Meeting.
• All the students scoring 80 or more marks will get a Google Meeting link using which they can join online meeting
using which we will conduct technical interview.
• In Technical interview we will ask total 6 questions from ANSYS, HyperWorks, CAE, FEA/FEM, All the questions will
be from the topics mentioned below :

• Students need to give correct answer of 4 or more question
• For the technical interview front camera and microphone(speaker) facility is compulsory.
• Students giving correct answer of 4 or more questions are eligible to attend Round 3 : Tool Test.
Round 3 : Online Tool Test :
• Between 4 PM to 6 PM, we will conduct Tool Test
• In tool test we will share a CAD model and a PDF containing problem statement.
• Students need to use ANSYS Software (Workbench) to perform the analysis as per the problem statement PDF.
• Students need to create a solution report as per the instructions given in the problem statement PDF.
• Students need to join the online meeting via Google Meeting, in which student has to share his laptop/desktop
screen and turn on the front camera.
• Students submitting correct solution report will get offer letter from ELEATION for the position of CAE Project
Engineer.

Step 4 : Offer Letter :
All the students clearing Round 3 : Tool Test, will get the offer letter on next day.
Step 5 : Joining Process :
• All the students getting the offer letter from ELEATION has to submit signed copy of the offer letter via
mail to hr@[Link] along with the documents mentioned in the offer letter within next 7 days.
• Students can join ELEATION company anytime between 1st July 2023 to 15th August 2023.
• The salary of the students will start from the date of joining.
