Event day :25/5/2025

1. Opening Ceremony

 Brief welcome and introduction.


 Introduce the judges and the schedule for the day.
 Announce any special rules or guidelines for the event.

2. Visiting the Projects

 Visitors (students, and judges) can now walk around the tables and interact with the
displays.
 Judging: Judges will visit each project, ask questions, and assess the project based on
established criteria (scientific method, creativity, presentation, etc.).

Tips for Students: Be ready to explain your project and answer questions about your process
and findings.

Finalizing Judging and Closing

1. Final Judging

 Judges finish evaluating the projects.


 If awards or prizes are given, judges will score or deliberate.
