national course <Osh-Palov> for around 500 people . Palov is like IndianBriani but we cook Palov with
local rice and we cook it with cotton oil , Beef , rice, onion and we add some carrots .

- One day in my current job I had a difficult customer in restaurant. He was Russian customer. That

at me “there is tomato in my salad” the customer had allergies to the tomatoes but he hadn’t informed
me about his disease for tomatoes. In that situation I did not argue with the upset customer I apologized
and I immediately asked the Chief to make another salad without tomatoes After that the customer was
