UNDERTAKING

For Trainees Selected in PMYSD Training Program Batch-II

CNIC No._______________________, hereby undertake that:
1. I will fully participate and complete the training program in the trade Food Processing,
Preservation and Packaging Assistant under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill
Development Program (PMYSDP) at Department of Food Science & Technology
(ETC) Islamia University Bahawalpur as per the prescribed schedule and
requirements.
2. I will attend classes, workshops and lab work and ensure 75% attendance.
3. I will be available for tracer studies or any other research related studies conducted to
assess the impact and effectiveness of the training program.
4. I agree to submit my original last degree certificate to the TSP for the duration of the
program and will be entitled to its return upon successful completion of the program.
5. I will make best possible efforts to utilize the training for employment or self-employment
opportunities.
6. I understand that failure to complete the training without a valid reason may result in
disqualification from future scholarship/training programs.
7. I have no reservation about verifying my credentials from NADRA.
