压铸生产线
Die Casting Production Line（factory）
公司配备全系列冷室压铸机：10 台 2500T、2000T、1650T、1250T、800T、650T、500T、
280T/2 台、180T。
每台压铸机配备自动给汤机、自动喷雾机、取件机器人、传送带、模温机、水冷油冷系统、带锯
床、整形切边机，实现自动化压铸生产。
模具试模、试产结束后，向客户提供：材质证明、调试报告、图纸、备件、模具使用说明书、合
格试模样件、样件尺寸报告。
Equipped with cold chamber die casting machines：full range、10 units of 2500T、2000T、1650T、
1250T、800T、650T、500T、 280T/2units、180T。
Equipped with automatic ladling machines、automatic spraying machines、automatic extractors、
mould temperature controller and water-cooling/oil-cooling system、Band saw、 trimming machine to
ensure automatic fluent die casting producing。
Customers will get material certificates （test report/analysis report） 、Die trial reports、drawing
files、spare parts、mould manuals、qualified samples and size reports after die trial is finished。

高标准质量检测
High Standard Quality Inspection
宇达模具配置有两台高精度的三坐标测试仪、光谱仪、万能拉力试验机、X 射线探伤检测仪、材料
测试仪等检测设备，对产品和模具、配件等的各部位进行全尺寸检测，控制制程关键特性尺寸，保障稳
定的产品质量，并使产品的性能符合要求。
所有模具都经过试模生产验证，通过小批量试生产验证，通过 CMM 技术人员、质量工程师的检测
与测定，充分验证尺寸性能、及时发现问题并彻底改善。杜绝问题流通至客户量产的过程中。

YUDA is equipped with 2 units high-precision coordinate measuring machines，1 unit spectrometer
analyzer，1 unit X-ray flaw detecting machine （X-ray DR system）、1 unit micro-control electric universal
testing machine，1 unit metal detector and other inspecting equipmen。Full size for each parts of
product 、mould and parts would be inspected and tested；Flaws would be imaged during patrol and
process would be adjusted immediately。Special characteristic dimensions will be controlled to ensure
quality stability and function compliance。
Each mould will be verified by trial shots to ensure sizes are in line with standard sizes， to increase
production capacity as well。Problems found during small batch trial production should be solved
