reg #1:

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-
bfc1-08002be10318} in registry and search through 0000. 0001, etc and look for a
key called driver desc, make sure it matches your gpu

then with the number that matches your gpu, replace it within the reg file by right
clicking and hitting edit

afterwards hit control s to save then you can run the reg

Reg #2:

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-
11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} in the registry and do the same steps as the prior one
