Structural Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP)
Apply Here: Apply!
Structural engineering extends beyond calculations — it’s about solving the real-world
challenges in the construction industry. Therefore, Axform is launching an
apprenticeship program, a specialized training initiative for young engineers.
About the Program
SEAP is a 3-month online apprenticeship program designed for the final year
bachelor’s program students and early career professionals (0–3 years of experience).
This program follows a case study based learning approach, covering challenging
design problems in concrete, steel, and wood structures. Participants will gain an
understanding of the fundamentals required for design projects through technical
discussions, case studies, and a final project.
The program is designed for highly motivated individuals eager to enhance structural
design skills through a guided program. Weekly online sessions will be conducted via
Zoom. The program does not require full time commitment and can be pursued
alongside other responsibilities.
To ensure high quality engagement, the program will be limited to 20 participants.
Selected candidates will receive a detailed program outline. The selection will be
based on the candidates’ aptitude and suitability for the program.
Top performers will be considered for a full-time Structural Engineering position
based on their demonstrated skills and commitment throughout the program.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates should have: a strong desire to learn, good academic performance, a
keen interest in structural engineering, ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Key Dates And Details
Registration closes on May 4, 2025. Decisions to be announced by May 10, 2025 and
the program will commence on May 12, 2025. The program is free of cost.
