Skin and Supplement Routine Summary

Skin Type: Oily and Acne-Prone

Concerns: Mild acne, oily T-zone, visible pores

Supplement Guidance:

1. Vitamin A Tablet

- Dose: 5,000 IU once daily after dinner

- Take with fatty foods (milk, nuts, eggs)

- Do NOT exceed 10,000 IU/day

Suggested Daily Routine:

Morning:
