Supplement Guidance:
1. Vitamin A Tablet
- Dose: 5,000 IU once daily after dinner
- Take with fatty foods (milk, nuts, eggs)
- Do NOT exceed 10,000 IU/day

2. Vitamin C Tablet
- Dose: 500 mg once or twice daily
- Take after breakfast or lunch

Suggested Daily Routine:
Morning:
- Take Vitamin C after breakfast

- Apply light gel-based moisturizer (e.g., Pond's Super Light Gel)
Night:
