From my point of view, technology is required at any time in daily life.

Technology plays a role in making people feel more isolated because they use it as much as
possible, which can cause irreparable damage in daily life.

Many investigations on the subject say that it is not very appropriate to always require technology.

Paragraph 2

The positive thing is that children can learn faster and in a fun way.

They can have information instantly without having to spend so much time looking for books.

They can also increase their intellectual capacity with games and applications.

They can communicate with their classmates and teachers in a faster way.

The frequent use of technology in children is an issue that within the current context is considered
a problem, due to a notable decrease in interpersonal relationships, this effect is due to the time
they spend on technological media, leaving the interpersonal relationship factor in the
background.

Using computers or tablets for a long time can cause children to lose physical exercise that allows
them to develop their muscles.

Children can be exposed to content unsuitable for them and cause a negative mental impact

The study detected the influence of screen time on interpersonal relationships, the methodology
used was quantitative, descriptive and correlational

A representative sample consisting of 100 adolescents from public educational institutions in the
City of Milagro was selected.

It depends on whether you are actually using it for something useful or just to fix your life based

Personally, I only use it to be aware of something I need to know.

I think that it also changes the way of life of each individual or routine, for example how much
time they watch television, are on the computer, tablet or cell phone.
