Scoring: I [Rosenberg Self-Esteem]
Items 2,5,6,8,9 are reverse scored. Strongly Disagree – 1, Disagree – 2, Agree – 3, Strongly
Agree- 4. Sum scores for all ten items. Higher scores indicate higher self-esteem.

Interpretation:
0-15=Low Self-Esteem

15-25=Normal Self-Esteem

25-30=High Self=Esteem

Scoring: II [Brief Resilience Scale]


Add all the responses varying from 1-5 for all six items giving a range from 6-30. Strongly
Disagree-1, Disagree-2, Neutral-3, Agree-4, Strongly Agree-5. Items 2,4,6 are reverse scored.
Divide the total sum by the total number of questions answered [6]. Higher scores indicate
greater resilience.

Interpretation:
The mean score ranges from 1 to 5, with the following interpretations:

1.00-2.99=Low Resilience

3.00-4.30=Normal Resilience

4.31-5.00=High Resilience
