"Magandang umaga po sa ating lahat! Welcome to the beautiful Dahilayan Forest Park Resort
for our Quarterly Workshop on the Preparation and Consolidation of FAR Nos. 1 and 1-A
for Calendar Year 2025 – Quarter 1.

I would like to acknowledge the presence of our Assistant Secretary for Finance Atty. Edson
Byron K. Sy. Sir Armando C. Ruiz- Director IV of the Finance Service. Ma’am Cholita F.
Tiong- Chief Administrative Officer of the Budget Division. Our Assistant Regional Director for
Region X- Dr. Federico P. Martin. Our very own Division of Cagayan de Oro City Assistant
Schools Division Superintendent- Dr. Audie S. Borres. And ofcourse the _____________.

My name is Christian Ray from the Division of Cagayan de Oro City, together with me in the
Technical Working committee is Sir Carl, Ma’am Donna, and Ma’am Hazel. If you have
questions, we would be happy to assist you.

For those who are their First time here in our venue, pwede po bang pataas ng inyong mga
kamay?

Okay! Fun fact lang po, Dahilayan Adventure Park is home to Asia’s first dual zipline, which
stretches 840 meters long and soars 4,700 feet above sea level. So after our workshop pwede po kayong
sumakay at ma experience ang zipline ng Dahilayan Adventure Park

And another one, Bukidnon as known as the Little Baguio, malamig po dito. Kaya I hope you all have your
jackets kung wala pong mga jowa.

So much for that, I hope we all learn, and enjoy at the same time. De-stress po sa mga tanawin pag hindi
na kaya ang reports.
