Community Service Report

Please provide a report for your community service. Your report should consist of two parts:
description and reflection. It should be double spaced and shouldn’t be longer than 10 pages. You
should use Times New Roman 12 as the font.

Purpose(s) of the project
Description of the target group (age, gender, number etc.)
Activities carried out during the project
Materials/tools used
Description of the place where the project took place

3. In what ways did you help other people?
4. Did this experience change your opinions or behavior in any way?
5. Did you improve your skills? Explain.
6. Did you learn new skills? Explain.
7. What was the most important contribution of this experience to you?
8. What kinds of problems did you encounter?
9. What do you think was the most successful thing you were able to do for the target group
and why?
10. If you were doing this service over again, what are some things you could do to make the
experience more successful?
