INTERIOR DESIGN 4 FINAL PLATE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

MABUHAY SUITES

Mabuhay Suites is a fast-growing boutique hotel chain in the Philippines, aiming to expand
across different provinces. Recognized for its strong advocacy for Philippine culture, the brand
aims to integrate the unique traditions, artistry, and heritage of each locality into the design and
ambiance of its hotels. Every location is meant to have its own unique character that reflects the
spirit of the region while still maintaining a consistent brand identity. The primary target market
for Mabuhay Suites consists of young traveler both local and international who seek an
immersive and dynamic experience. The hotel should exude a hip vibe, ensuring that guests feel
both inspired and connected to the destination they are visiting.

Each hotel room should be designed to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, that cater to
comfort and functionality. The guest experience should reflect a seamless blend of cultural
appreciation and modern convenience, ensuring every visit is memorable. Beyond the rooms, the
lobby will serve as more than just a reception area. Given the rising trend of remote work and
digital nomadism, the space should double as a versatile co-working and social hub for travelers.
It should encourage productivity while also fostering a sense of community among guests,
offering comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting ambiance.
