Letter of Intent

We are pleased to issue you our Letter of Intent (LOI) as Rigger in Askrosh Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on a contract basis for a
period of 12 month with effect from 17 May 2025.

The terms and conditions of this LOI are stipulated here in, for your formal acceptance.

1. Commencement Date:
This LOI is with effect from 17 May 2025 subject to confirmation of your joining report and a signed copy of the
LOI letter.

2. Roles & Responsibilities:


Your primary responsibilities will be of Rigger in the grade L1, in the Technical Department.
You may be asked by the Organization to fulfill additional duties and tasks as defined from time to time which may
or may not be directly associated with your job title. In this role, you will be reporting to Kunj Bihari.

3. Place of work:
Your principal location of employment will be in GUWAHATI (ASSAM). You may be required to travel out of
Location / any place with in India on Company business in relation to the execution of your responsibilities as
assigned to you from time to time by the Company. This position is also transferable as per company’s requirements.

4. Remuneration:
You will be paid with a CTC Rs 194400 per Annum. Compensation / Remuneration structure in detail is attached to
this letter in Annexure A. The Compensation / Remuneration Structure may undergo modifications from time to time,
at the Company’s sole discretion and your gross compensati on will be redistributed as per the structure and statutory
guidelines inforce at the relevant time.

A detailed contractual agreement will be issued at the time of your joining.

This LOI is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Kindly send us your acceptance/rejection at the earliest. This LOI
will automatically expire in case there is no communication received from you.
