My Secret Weapon for Unshakable Confidence:
I’m gonna start off this report in a way that may seem a little strange to you. I
have a good reason for doing this—I never meant to sit down and actually write
these words.

I’ve known the information I’m about to share with you for some time, and I’ve
been using it in my own life.

In fact, I’d have to credit it as perhaps the single most important technique I
have ever learned, bar none. But the ideas behind it are so strange, so
seemingly outlandish, that I never thought anybody in the outside world would
believe me.

You’ll see why, as we get further into this topic, I waited so long to come
forward with this information. I didn’t want to put myself out there to try and
help people, only to have them laugh at me and call me crazy.

I know there are still plenty of people out there who are going to read this and
think that I’m a little nuts. I won’t say that this technique isn’t controversial: I’ve
gotten into my share of debates about it. People who have never used it, or
don’t know about it, often dismiss it as hokey New Age nonsense.

But it’s true that time passes and things change, and the world is a lot different
than it was five or even ten years ago. People’s minds are opening to many new
ideas that once would have been considered ridiculous.

I think maybe it has to do with the fact that people in general are on the
lookout for a new way to live, because the old ways haven’t worked out very
well. I feel much more comfortable coming forward with this information now,
because I feel like there are finally enough people out there who will be able to
“get” the approach, and realize just how powerful it really is.

3
And let me be very, very clear: it’s extremely powerful. This single technique,
even if I never did anything else, would allow me eventually to do the
impossible, not only with women, but in virtually every area of my life.

You could learn to brush your teeth better, or become an architect using this
technique, on top of improving your results with women beyond what you ever
even dreamed possible.

No offense to architects, but if you’re using this technique for those things, in
my humble opinion, you’re wasting it. You’ll probably agree with me as we
explore this topic further, and you realize how much this phenomenon and the
technique that goes along with it already affects your life in virtually every way.

And it all happens right under your nose, though you rarely if ever notice it.
We’re going to talk about some things that are going on just below the level of
your consciousness, and how to use those things to get what you want out of
an interaction with a girl.

This technique that I’m about to share with you has done incredible things in
my life, and I don’t just mean with women. I have extricated myself from the
direst of situations, avoided catastrophe, solved problems that really seemed
impossible, and made tons more money than before—all just by using this
technique.

And it’s not like I’m Einstein; I’m a regular guy with an average IQ. When I
learned all this, I had a normal job and drove a normal car, and I wasn’t very
good with women.

I’ve learned a lot of techniques over the years, but most of them became
secondary once I learned about this technique. It’s so powerful that it really
makes all the other techniques that are out there kind of pointless.

They can help boost your confidence, but this will ultimately determine your

4
results to a far degree than any of those techniques ever could.

This has nothing to do with how intelligent you are: you could be as dumb as
the nearest large rock, but if you do what I’m about to teach you, then your
results will shift dramatically—in every single area of your life.

But let’s stick to one thing at a time, shall we? For right now, I’m just going to
talk about how to use this technique with a woman to get astonishing results
every time.

However, before I get into teaching you the exercise, I need to take a short
detour. I need to explain to you how and why I discovered this technique. I
know, I know, you wanna get to the learning part already, but hold your horses:
if you don’t understand where this is coming from, then you may very well
dismiss the technique as hokey and stupid.

I know from personal experience that if you did that, you’d be doing yourself a
great disservice. There are too many people out there today who are all too
willing to throw a new idea under the bus and never examine it because it
doesn’t sound like what they already think is true.

I want you to be able to use this technique, so we’re going to ease into it so we
don’t shock you into rejecting these ideas before you’ve really had a chance to
examine them and try them for yourself.

So I want to make sure you’re in the right frame of mind when I reveal the
technique.

I was bitten by the self-help bug several years ago. Well, to be more accurate, I
became deeply and hopelessly addicted to self-help books. I’d have mainlined
Tips, Tricks, Techniques, and Proven Principles for Improving This, That or the
Other right into my neck if I could have.

5
Instead, I did the next best thing. I’d go on Amazon and order books by the
stack. I’d spend days on end reading book after book after book. It got to the
point that my house was entirely filled with these books, my computer hard
drive was stacked full of ebooks and videos and audio recordings—the stuff was
everywhere in my life.

Ironically, it became a serious financial strain, keeping up my self-help-book-

reading habit. My friends didn’t see much of me in those days, because I was
too busy reading about how to change my life forever.

I really was acting like I was addicted to this stuff. Finally, one day, I went to buy
a few new books, and my credit card was declined. I’d maxed it out completely
on self-help audio tapes and books.

Suffice it to say that I’ve read a lot of material on this subject. And in that vast
reading and research, I noticed that most of these people were talking about
the same things. Sure, they’d dress their ideas up differently, but all in all they
had similar themes. Perhaps the single biggest theme that they all talked about
was the subconscious mind.

If you’ve never dipped your toe into the realm of self-help books, let me give
you the quickest of crash courses in how the subconscious mind works. Your
conscious mind is the part of your mind that is, obviously, conscious. It’s the
part of you that you think of as you.

But underneath the conscious mind, there is the subconscious mind. This is the
part of your mind that is tasked with keeping you alive. It makes you feel
hungry, keeps your heart beating, and sends you your emotions.

If there’s anything going on in your body that you’re not aware of or can’t
consciously control, then that is the action of the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is first and foremost tasked with keeping your body

6
alive. But your subconscious mind sees that as a lot more than just pumping
your heart and taking over your breathing when you’re not aware of it.

The subconscious mind also has a huge impact on how you behave. For
example, the subconscious mind is where the “fight or flight” response lives,
waiting around to be needed.

If you hear a loud noise, or if something unexpected happens, you may

automatically go into fright mode. Your muscles tighten, adrenalin flows
through your bloodstream, your pupils dilate and your eyes get wide.

All of this is happening completely outside your control. With a powerful

enough stimulus, you may very well scream and take off running—and it will
seem like it just happened to you; like you were watching somebody else take
over your body and control you like a puppet.

That’s pretty scary, but it illustrates just how powerful the subconscious mind is.

Now, here’s more food for thought: your subconscious mind is alive and active
when you go to talk to a hot girl, and it makes itself very much a part of the
situation. In fact, if you’re anything like 99%+ of guys, you start to feel that
“fight or flight” response very shortly after deciding to talk to the hot girl.

You start to feel all those same physical responses, and your brain begins to
scream at you to just leave this one alone—she’s too hot for you, anyway!

“If the subconscious mind is so interested in my survival and prosperity,” the

inquiring reader might want to know, “then why is it doing everything that it
can to undermine me when I try to talk to women?”

The subconscious mind is programmable. Rather like a computer. It records

information about what goes on in your world—far more than you can
consciously remember—and makes judgments about the world. If you have a

7
series of bad experiences with women, then your subconscious mind will
eventually be programmed to associate talking to women with pain and
suffering. Suddenly, you’re afraid of doing it.

Your subconscious mind is trying to take care of you in its own misguided way.
It’s telling you to stay away from the girl because there’s a good chance she
might reject you or otherwise cause something unpleasant to happen. It’s
looking out for you, and it has no idea how angry that makes you.

So go ahead and grab that bar of soap and draw it right on your mirror: “You are
your own best friend, and your own worst enemy.”

Watch someone talk themselves out of a situation, and you’ll start to

understand what I mean. Watch someone with incredible abilities let their own
head get to them, and talk them into a completely mediocre performance. If
they could just get out of their own way, they’d achieve incredible things.

Or maybe you’ve seen a totally qualified guy go into a job interview that he
should, on paper, nail, and then he starts stammering and sweating and acting
like he doesn’t deserve the job at all, and what happens? The job goes to
someone less qualified whose head was working for them, rather than against
them.

Let’s talk about this less-qualified guy whose head is on his side. This is the guy
you want to learn how to be. This guy is in the state we call in flow. This sounds
a little hokey at first, but bear with me, here: being in the flow is like being a
mental zone where you just seemed to get everything right, right on time.

You operated at a higher level than you do most of the time. Things that were
normally difficult for you suddenly became the easiest things in the world, and
you accomplished them effortlessly.

You’ve been here before. Everybody has to one extent or another. But that was

8
an accident, right? Things just seemed to fall together in just the right way for
you in that moment—by chance. Of course.

No. Not by chance. This state is no accident, and you can learn to control it and
get into it at will. This is the point of the exercise that I am going to share with
you: to get into the flow state whenever you need to, so that you can do things
that right now may seem impossible for you.

Let’s back up for a minute here, because you need to understand the power
that I’m talking about, and that you’ll be dealing with as you get into this
exercise.

Your subconscious mind is capable of performing the equivalent of billions of

calculations per second. It’s unfathomably powerful, especially when compared
to the puny abilities of the conscious mind. Your conscious mind is barely
capable of anything in comparison with what your subconscious mind can do.

This is why you can consciously sit down to do something, and it can be
extremely difficult. You may slave for hours at something and get nowhere—
you probably feel frustrated and ready to quit by the end of it.

But if you come back to it in the zone, suddenly problems resolve themselves;
answers come to you freely as if out of thin air.

When you’re in the zone, the flow state, your unconscious mind is your trusted
friend and ally, rather than a ball and chain on your leg. Your unconscious mind
is actively helping you to get where you want to go when you’re in this state.

The juicy part is coming—have no fear. Now that you understand what the
subconscious mind is and how it works, let’s get down to business and explain
where and how I learned this technique, and what this technique can do to help
you achieve those incredible results with women.

9
Back in the days when I was going broke buying all those self-help books, I came
across something truly unusual in one of them.

As I’ve said, many of these books all taught the same basic principles, and there
was very little variation among them. Most of the books I was reading at that
time seemed like collections of ideas from other books I’d already.

So to come across something so new as to really grab my attention was

memorable. And it was memorable for a number of reasons. This particular
book contained a description of an experiment. I’ve since seen other versions of
this experiment elsewhere, but on this first occasion, the realization hit me like
a ton of bricks.

“If you wish to do anything better,” this book said, “See yourself doing it in your
mind’s eye.”

In other words, run through the action you want to perform in your
imagination. Imagine yourself running through it successfully over and over
again, until the image is clearly burned into your mind.

When you can easily “play the tape” on the screen of your mind of you doing
the thing you wish to do, well, then you are ready to attempt it physically. In
fact, with practice, your mental image of you doing the thing you wish to do
should be so clear, and so familiar, that you really feel like you’ve done the thing
when you go to do it physically for the first time.

The sensations will be eerily similar—as if you’re living out a dream you had. It’s
a powerful, intense feeling, but it definitely always works.

This has plenty of applications besides attracting women, as I’m sure you can
guess. I used it extremely effectively and almost by accident the first time it
really worked for me.
Years ago, I was an okay typist. I knew where all the keys were, and I could type

10
a respectable 40-60 words per minute. But no matter what I did, I couldn’t
seem to get any faster than that. I could practice and practice and raise my rate
by a few words per minute, but ultimately I was running up against some kind
of block.

At first, I had thought that maybe my fingers were just the wrong shape, or my
brain just “didn’t work that fast.” I was wrong on both counts.

So despite repeated practice sessions with typing websites and even some
software I bought, my personal best stayed stuck at about 73 words per minute.
That was the point at which pretty much all progress stopped, no matter what I
did.

But I had just been reading about the subconscious mind at this time, and I’d
read so many books on the subject I felt like I could teach a class all on my own.
So, drawing from my learning in all these self-help books, I started visualizing
myself typing 100 words per minute or faster. I repeated this visualization over
and over again until it became extremely clear in my mind.

Of course, many of you are going to think that you’d never really be able to do
something like that. I mean, that’s pretty hokey, isn’t it? Sit and visualize?
Doesn’t that sound a little bit like, well, daydreaming?

“Daydreaming never got anybody anywhere!” you’re probably shouting at me.

“Daydreaming is how you waste time.”

Let me clean some of the spittle out of my ear, and then I’ll explain how I know
this works. And why this is not precisely daydreaming. During my first few
attempts at this visualization, I was feeling incredibly skeptical. I, as you may be
now, thought to myself that I must have just bought into the world’s biggest
gimmick. There was no way it was this easy.

But I kept at it. I just kept visualizing; I figured if this stuff didn’t work, I’d know

11
soon enough. So, stupid as I felt, closing my eyes and envisioning myself typing
really fast.

I imagined the way it would feel to hit that many keys that quickly. I envisioned
the letters appearing rapidly on the screen, almost as rapidly as I could think
them. I heard people around me saying, “Wow, man! You type really fast! That’s
amazing.”

I did this maybe 7 or 8 times, really getting into the scene I was creating in my
head, and making it as real as possible. I could really feel my fingers, and
coming out of my visualization sessions, I often felt a little ‘out of it’ for a few
minutes, as if I’d taken a light nap. I was really getting my head into the
visualization I was trying to create.

And so it was that after several of these sessions, with butterflies in my

stomach, that I darkened the doorway of my home office, casting my shadow
over the laptop on the desk in the corner. I strode towards it, cracking my
knuckles in anticipation.

I sat down before the computer, and stretched my hands over the keyboard. I
put my fingers where I knew they belonged—right index finger on “j,” left on
“f,” let the rest fall naturally—and I took a deep breath. I lifted the index finger
of my right hand from the keyboard in what seemed like slow motion. Time
stopped for an instant.

The clock began to tick, and I began to type the words appearing on the screen.
Previously, I had felt rushed during these exercises—my hands would sweat, my
shoulders would start to hurt, and I’d be up taking a five- or ten-minute break
every thirty minutes. It was stressful, in other words. I was straining hard every
minute to try and beat that magical 73 words per minute number.

But this time, I didn’t feel a strain. I didn’t have to. I could tell within the first
few words that something was different. The pressure was off. Somebody else
seemed to have taken over, and I was able to sit back and relax while my hands

12
and eyes did the work for me.

At least, it felt that way. I was an absolute joy to type like that. And guess what
happened to my words per minute count?

Okay, I’ll tell the truth—I didn’t hit 100 words per minute, like I’d envisioned. It
sure felt like it, though. Instead, I had clocked in at 96 words per minute. And
you know what? Considering my previous high score, 73 words per minute, I
was ecstatic.

I’ve since closed the gap on those extra four words, and my current typing
speed is approximately 120 words per minute. Current high score? 129.

And this jump in performance came about in the course of a few days, when my
previous progress up to 73 words per minute had been painstaking, and taken
months. And I hadn’t even sat down at the computer during that time. I had
only been visualizing, not practicing.

This blew my mind completely. I had no idea how this was possible. I had been
beating my head against a wall until it was concave trying to get my word count
up, when all I needed to be doing was visualizing my performance where I
wanted it to be, and it would automatically correct.

It took me a long time to figure out just how powerful this was. It seems clear
as day in retrospect, but at the time, I wasn’t quite sure what I’d stumbled on.

There was still a part of me that wanted to say that it was all the practice for
months leading up to that point, or maybe what I really needed was a break
from constant practice… say what you want. I said plenty.

But experience is experience, and I can’t deny that my experiences of life have
changed dramatically since I started using these visualization techniques.

13
I started doing more research, to see who else had figured this out, and what
they were doing with it. I was curious to see what the limits were for what I
could visualize and achieve. Just how much was actually possible, I asked myself.

And a secret, hopeful part of my mind whispered to me that anything was

possible. That I now had the secret to doing it, as well.

The subconscious mind doesn’t really speak in words. That’s one of the reasons
why so many people have such trouble communicating with their subconscious
mind. On the contrary—what it really speaks is the language of feeling and
image.

Some people use words to communicate with their subconscious mind, I found,
but the really important part of any of those affirmations or positive statements
was the feeling they were supposed to evoke. The feeling and the image are the
important parts of this.

So use words if you so desire, but remember that they are a tool to get you to
the feelings and the images, since those are what your subconscious mind will
really absorb.

If you can vividly see in your mind’s eye the outcome you want, and you just
keep visualizing it, your subconscious mind will eventually absorb that image,
and you’ll start to see it showing up in your real life as time goes on.

The subconscious mind absorbs the thoughts you hold most often about
yourself and the world, and takes the most practical steps available to it to bring
that reality into existence.

The important part is this. Though I’ve said it before here, it bears repeating:
your subconscious mind is orders of magnitude more powerful than your
conscious mind. If your conscious and subconscious minds are in conflict, you
may be able to hold out for a while, but ultimately your subconscious mind will

14
always win.

So “the most practical steps available” might involve you doing things you’re
not even aware you’re doing. You might make changes in your life totally below
the level of your consciousness, because of what your subconscious mind is
doing.

You might talk to different people than you otherwise would have, and
opportunities will arise that seem to come out of nowhere.

This thing is powerful, its way smarter than you, and it’s just waiting for you to
tell it what you want.

Athletes have known about this for a long time. Ask any athlete about their
visualization regimen, and they’ll probably tell you that they spend a ton of
time visualizing themselves running their event in their minds. Not only that,
they visualize themselves winning and setting records and taking home the
gold.

Especially the ones who win and set records and take home the gold.

Now let’s do another visualization exercise, this one together: imagine that you
had at your command an entity so powerful that it could make you take home
Olympic gold medals and lift cars whenever you required.

Imagine if you had that power and you could use it to help you know what to
say to women. Yeah. It’d be unstoppable, right?

That’s exactly what this technique does.

Let’s bring the rubber down to the road so you can get a practical idea of what
this will look like in your own life.

15
It’s very simple: just before you’re about to talk to a girl or approach a girl,
visualize yourself standing in front of her and seeing a positive reaction.
Visualize her smiling at you, laughing, asking you to take her number. Put it all in
there, and let your subconscious mind do the work.

You’ll learn soon enough that it doesn’t matter how seemingly impossible or
difficult the thing you visualize is, your subconscious mind can find a way to
make it happen.

Of course, it’s easier to start small. Once you’ve established that you can do
this, doing bigger and bigger things becomes easier and easier.
Here are the actual steps to get you started using this technique in your own
life.

1- Visualize the end goal you wish to achieve.

2- Get yourself to feel the feelings you would feel if you succeeded.
3- Repeat it at least 10 times.

Time for some examples!

Let’s say you want to approach a random hot girl and get her phone number.
And let’s say that normally, this sort of thing makes you nervous. In fact, your
hands may be getting clammy just thinking about it.

But instead of feeling sorry for yourself and wallowing in your fear of rejection,
do this:

Visualize yourself walking right up to her like it was the easiest thing in the
world. See her smiling at you and asking you about yourself. See her laughing
and touching your arm. See her writing her number down for you or grabbing
your phone and putting it in.

16
It doesn’t matter how ridiculous it seems; just go with it. When you feel like
you’ve gone through the whole situation in your head (you’ll probably be
feeling better about the whole thing by this point), go over there and let your
subconscious mind take over and do the work for you.

But wait! Make sure you did it right: remember that we said that the
subconscious mind speaks the language of feeling and images. You have to
make sure those feelings and images get generated, so that the subconscious
mind can pick them up and start making them into reality.

You have to be able to feel the girl giving you her number: you have to be able
to envision clearly what that will feel like.

Ask yourself some questions about your emotional state as you see her in your
mind’s eye laughing and grabbing your phone from you to put her number in it.
Do you feel elated? Surprised? Excited? Or is this just what you already knew
was going to happen?

The more you can get into these feelings and feel them, the more effective will
be the help that your receive from your subconscious mind.

Remember that it’s not just images, either. Images may tell your subconscious
mind what to create, but your emotions are the energy that really push the
message into your subconscious. You have to feel it.

Now, let’s say you got the formula just right, and you can run through a scene in
your head easily that shows you walking up to the girl and being successful. And
let’s say that now, you can already feel the feeling of her handing you her phone
number and asking you again if you’re going to call her soon.

I’d be willing to bet you a large sum of money that, that done, your results
absolutely shoot through the roof. You’ll find yourself thinking of the right
things to say, knowing just when to look at her and when to look away, and

17
when to end the conversation and call it a night. The best part is that all of this
happens naturally, seemingly without any effort at all on your part.

Anybody who masters anything reaches this level sooner or later. I figured that
out when I was learning to type. There’s much more to mastery than just
practicing every day: you have to visualize where you want to get to, because
the subconscious mind works whether you’re aware of it or not. It works
whether you’re using it or not.

The only difference between someone who is using their subconscious mind
actively and voluntarily, and someone who is not, is that the person who is gets
to dictate what their results will be ahead of time. The person who doesn’t
know about this goes into every situation with his fingers crossed.

You know about guys who always seem to have terrible luck? What about guys
who always seem to have great luck? Think what you want about the existence
of “luck”; I know that those seemingly unlucky guys have a subconscious mind
that is not on their side.

The lucky guy does. In fact, you’d be surprised how many seemingly “lucky”
people use this technique all the time. Some of them do it consciously, and
some of them do it by accident.

Either way, this power is available to everyone who takes the time to learn how
to use it. Now that does mean that you’re going to have to practice to get this
right, and the results will not be instantaneous.

But I promise you that there is no single other technique you can invest your
time into learning than this one. It can change your performance more than any
other single technique, and virtually any combination of techniques.

So quit listening to me jabber already, and get out there and start practicing!
Happy hunting, gentlemen.
