LEARNING
(My OJT Experience)
I learned a lot about the real-world applications of working in
customer service throughout my on-the-job training (OJT) experience.
At first, I had trouble doing several technical jobs mostly because I was
worried about making mistakes and maybe damaging the materials. I
spent a lot of time observing and learning from my coworkers in order to
solve this. After closely examining the materials, I saw that they were
more resilient and less likely to shatter than I had first thought.

I dedicated myself to working hard and completing all of the chores


that were given to me by our supervisor, and it was my obligation to
Work without hesitation to produce high-quality work that will impress

grow as a self-assurance, fostering connections, and reflecting their
actual experiences I have been an OJT at work.

All things considered, my OJT experience was really important in


improving my comprehension of the nuances of client service and

In order to experience a genuine working environment, the course
requires us to complete On-the-Job Training as graduate students
pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Training on the
