What is the contractor pre-evaluation program?
The objective of the Pre-Qualification process is to Pre-Qualify a Subcontractor for a particular

project before qualifying the contractor. Subcon training program etc. Normally client shall
establish checklist for the qualification of the subcon/vendors named Contractor pre-mobilization
forms and Contactor pre-selection form consisting all previous projects and safety standard
information.
