Dear Mr. Delos Santos:

Warm Greetings!

I am writing to formally inform you of my resignation as the Assistant


Principal in the Senior High School Department in your prestigious institution
as well as my Alma Mater Medina Foundation College of Sapang Dalaga, Inc.

Even if I already discussed my intention with you, it is still a little awkward to


inform you about my decision but I have to think what’s best for me. I want
to express my deepest and heartfelt thanks to your Sir Ed because with you I
have realized that there is a person whom I considered as my second parent.
I am happy that I have given the opportunity to work in an environment with
such amazing people but, on the contrary, I am a bit sad because now I have
to leave this institution and mostly because I won’t be working with you
anymore.

I greatly appreciate the opportunities that this school has provided me, as
well as the professional guidance and support that have allowed me to grow
professionally within this role. Although I will sincerely miss this position and
this school community, I have found a new position that allows me to work
closer to home. As this always been a goal of mine, I feel this is the right
time to move on to new challenges and opportunities that comes my way. I
wish you and the Medina Foundation College of Sapang Dalaga, Inc. all the
success in the future.
