MC: "Good morning, everyone! Welcome to the Mental Health Session here at Maranatha
Christian Academy, Junior High School Department. Today is a special day as we gather to
nurture not only our minds but also our emotional well-being. As we start, may I request
everyone to please stand for our opening song entitled “STILL” together with the opening prayer
to be led by Alexa Kea Taguas.

Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

Please be seated. To officially welcome us to this meaningful session, let us hear from our Junior
High School Department Head, Teacher Christine Alagos, LPT." A round of applause please.

Thank you teacher Christine for the warm welcome remarks. To introduce our esteemed speaker,
may we now call on Ma’am Leah A. Pico. A warm round of applause please.

Thank you so much, Sir Melvin, for that informative and inspiring talk. At this moment, we will
open the floor for questions. If you have any clarifications or reflections, feel free to raise your
hand.

To express our gratitude, we now proceed to the awarding of the certificate of appreciation to our
