Absolutely, Alberto!

Let's ride this creative wave—here’s Document 3 from The Odd 25, a
mystery-noir absurdity with a temporal twist:

📄 Document 3: “The Case of the Missing Tuesday”

Detective Dorian Fog lit his last clove cigarette and stared at the calendar like it had betrayed
him. Monday had passed, Wednesday was already loitering—but Tuesday? Nowhere in sight.

It started when Mrs. Scrimshaw complained her soup tasted oddly like future. Then the mayor’s
birthday disappeared. Even clocks began skipping over themselves like guilty vinyl records.
Time itself had hiccupped, and Tuesday had slipped through the cracks.

Fog, renowned for cracking the Case of the Sulking Hour and exposing the conspiracy behind
yawns, knew this was no ordinary vanishing. The streets smelled of misaligned chronology and
peppermint anxiety.

His only clue: a torn page from a week planner scribbled with “Don’t forget: wormhole
maintenance.” He visited the Bureau of Temporal Plumbing, where agents unclog timelines and
clean the buildup of bad decisions. They reported a leak—Tuesday had been sucked into the void
between brunch and regrets.

Fog descended into the basement archives of forgotten moments. There he found half-eaten
decisions, blinking stares, and the ghost of a dentist appointment. But no Tuesday.

That night, Fog interrogated Wednesday. It confessed to being jealous—Tuesday always had
tacos, trivia nights, and that breezy optimism. “I just wanted a nap,” Wednesday whispered. “I
didn’t mean to erase it.”

With a reluctant alliance from Saturday (who moonlighted as a jazz pianist), Fog reassembled
Tuesday from fragments:

 A leftover burrito half

 A vague sense of obligation
 One grandmother’s sigh

It wasn’t perfect, but people began remembering things they hadn’t done yet. Schoolchildren
awoke with algebra answers tattooed in glitter. Traffic lights blinked in haikus. Fog sighed. His
job was done.

Now, every calendar carries a warning:

“Protect your Tuesdays. They’re holding the timeline together.”

And Fog? He took the rest of the week off. When reality forgets itself, someone’s gotta
remember. Preferably while wearing a trench coat.
