📢 Instruction for Students (Script Format)

Hello, class!

For our ICT subject (Computer Programming), you are required to create a
PowerPoint presentation based on the algorithm task assigned to your
group. Please follow the instructions carefully:

💻 What You Need to Do:

1. Create a PowerPoint presentation that clearly explains your


assigned algorithm task.

2. Your presentation must include:

o Title slide (group name and members)

o Problem statement (What is the algorithm about?)

o Input and Output of your program

o Step-by-step algorithm (explain each step clearly)

o Conclusion/Reflection (what did you learn?)

🎤 Presentation Guidelines:

 Each group member must speak during the presentation.

 Speak clearly and confidently. Avoid just reading from the slides.

 Use visuals to help explain your topic.

 Your total presentation time should be around above 10 minutes

📝 Procedure in Answering the Task:

1. Read your assigned algorithm carefully.

2. Collaborate with your groupmates — divide the parts of the


presentation.

3. Assign who will explain each part (introduction, steps, output, etc.)

4. Review your work together before finalizing the slides.

5. Submit your PowerPoint file on or before the deadline. July 24, 2025

6. Be prepared to present it either via recorded video or live (depends on


the situation).

📌 Reminder: This activity is graded as a Performance Task, so make sure


to put effort, be creative, and show your understanding of the algorithm.
