📘 Why We Use MS Excel?
MS Excel is a spreadsheet software used to organize, calculate, analyze, and visualize data. It
is commonly used in offices, schools, businesses, and for personal data management.

📄 Default Sheets and Cell Information
When you open a new Excel workbook:
• It contains 1 worksheet by default (Sheet1).
• You can add unlimited sheets by clicking '+' next to the existing sheets.
Each worksheet contains:
• 1,048,576 rows
• 16,384 columns (Last column is XFD)
• Total cells in one sheet = 17,179,869,184 (Rows × Columns)
