After completing this module, students should be able to:
LO-1: Apply knowledge to select appropriate state of the art techniques and equipment required for a wide range
of construction projects such as buildings, bridges, roads, tunnels and underground structures.
LO-2: Identify and incorporate construction techniques together with teamwork, problem solving and
communication skills.
LO-3: Recognize the potential of novel construction materials, smart construction and repair techniques.
LO-4: Apply fundamentals of planning the construction projects with the knowledge of construction materials
and technologies to develop method statements for execution.
