Beginning - Choose 3D shapes they already know and ask A set of 3D shapes

Eg. What shape is this?
Who can tell me about this?
Does the cube have four or six faces?
Are the faces all the same size or are they different?
Middle
(30 mins) - Show that 3D shapes are made of 2D shapes Cuboid
(drawing round the face of cube to show the square) Pyramid
- Explain about cuboid, square-based pyramid 3D shapes and a sheet with
(face, edges, vertices) the outline of 2D shapes
- Let them watch the YouTube video Bamboozles
-Do the Learner Book Exercise 2.1 question 1 ,2 and 3 YouTube video
- Play bamboozles
End
(10 mins) - Play the game “What am I?”
