 1. INTRODUCTION.
Introduction.
I would like to mention the purpose that drives me to communicate with you. Within the designs of the divine plan, the
the education of the peoples is essential, to ensure that the Will of God is fulfilled on earth. The education of the
villages have always been a constant concern within the hierarchy of Masters. For this reason, one of the
the most important tasks that each of the directors of the hierarchy undertakes on earth is, precisely, to instruct
those disciples who are attuned to the vibrations in which each of the Masters operates.
I will give a series of lessons dedicated exclusively to understanding the methods under which the hierarchy operates, in its
instruction paper to humanity. I will touch on many of the points that you have already addressed before, such as the
influx of energy, direct instruction, inspiration with the great minds of the earth and, likewise, contact
indirectly through brothers of Shamballa, with those others who are influencing world decisions.
Clarifying the methodology that the Hierarchy follows in its instruction work is a point that we consider essential in the
formation of the students of light. The understanding of these ways of working will lead them to discard some options
that they were considering as students of the light and, at the same time, to revisit some others that they might have forgotten, but
they are the ones that will bring them directly to the alignment of human purposes with divine ones.
As the person in charge of the planet's instruction, it is my responsibility to define lines of action, procedures, and goals to which
we can all adjust. We share the same ideal; both you and we seek exactly the same thing, the
complete enlightenment of the human race. When teaching turns into light and dispels the darkness in which man
walk, the earth becomes a paradise and the wonders that were once hidden now emerge fully and ready to do more
smooth the path of the students.
Study of the Seven Rays.
In these talks we will address each of the Seven Rays, explaining, with certain details, what their purposes are.

Each of my Brothers, directors of Rays, has perfectly defined functions that they fulfill with the greatest
possible diligence. The interpretation of the divine designs that come through the emanations of our Solar Logos,
it is the responsibility of each of them, but as directors, they have the ability to retransmit on the frequency
suitable, all that the divine plan has provided for this hour.
The energies of the Solar Logos adapt to the Earth.
The mechanism of adaptation of the energies of the Solar Logos for terrestrial humanity is undoubtedly a process

divine comes down, until it is accessible to the human mind.
Humanity, however, once an action or an idea reaches its domains, begins to act in duality, it
form controversies and human free will can, or cannot, make the decision if it is in accordance with God's plans; hence
that the importance of the instructors of humanity is increasingly recognized. The shapers of criteria, the
behavioral normatives, the spiritual inspirers of humanity, are those disciples of ours who have the
ability to understand divine designs in their highest purity and transmit them in the form of principles, in the form of
laws and regulations, which are a clear reflection of divine principles.
Each department performs multiple tasks; although it has a specific characteristic, it collaborates with the rest, in order to,
this way, form a great work that, combined, can direct the destinies of humanity. The separation into 7

departments, primarily obey, to the sevenfold nature of divine emanations; however, society
humanity is a single entity and, in itself, an amalgamation of human beings that vibrate in each of the 7 great
energies, although without having developed the qualities that are necessary to receive, in a pure way, the inspiration of
some of the Rays, that is: the normal, untrained human beings, are those who vibrate at different frequencies,
they harmonize or disharmonize with each of the Seven Rays; they still do not emit the appropriate note that allows them to
identify with the Ray they belong to, and all of this greatly hinders the work that Shamballa has been carrying out.
Why do spiritual schools exist?
For this reason, the spiritual schools of the world seek to intensify the divine spark of man, so that the being
human, harmonize your personality with one of the 7 divine aspects and, in this way, you can associate with the work of
some of the directors of Rayo. Until this happens, the individual is not qualified to work within the ashram of
some of the Masters; their vibrational frequency will make them confuse everything they receive and they will not be able to maintain the union
with the rest of the group. For this reason, spiritual schools work on the Seven Rays, always seeking to purify the light
interior that emanates from within each human being, preparing so that, when the moment comes, they can join the ranks
of the conscious light servers. But while this happens, the schools continue with their work, often quietly,
but of great usefulness in the service of the Father.
Prepare yourselves to listen to how each of the departments of Shamballa works amidst the
humanity. May each of these phrases, may each of these words, find the appropriate echo within you, so that
that can be identified as students in any of the departments.

2. THE FUNCTION OF HIERARCHY.

We will begin our work by mentioning some points that are vital to understand the function of the Hierarchy.
There are masters within humanity.
The Hierarchy of Masters.
1.- First of all, the Hierarchy is the fruit of the union of the SOLAR FATHER with humanity, the masculine germ of the
Divine Will, embodied in the Solar Logos, was sown in the seeds of Mother Earth, emerging first as
humanity and then like the Hierarchy of Masters. As a result, we have become the brothers

to lose the overall vision which is the only one that can lead him back to the Father. Therefore, the Hierarchy seeks synthesis.

4o.- The Hierarchy has, in its manifestations, a sevenfold function that primarily obeys the very nature of the
Logos Solar, who, while being the synthesis of the Galactic Logos, works through seven sequential waves of energies with

different qualities, each synthesizing the previous ones and promoting the emergence of the subsequent ones. The cycles are
they repeat again and again from the beginning of time to the end of it. Even when these two words do not
mean nothing at all to us, this manifestation represents, for humanity, the possibility of aligning
with seven different fields of energy, which will provide the necessary impulses to manifest, in an exact manner,
the divine plans within human society.
Energy works on humanity.
The influence of these waves of energy on conscious humanity causes planetary movements through the

humanity remains, practically, insensitive to these waves of energy. Within this classification are the
people who are under the influence of some drug or certain mental vices, or are unbalanced, and in general, everyone
those whose mind does not obey them and are guided solely by instinct. This last group is a minority and, by the

manifestation that we are. The Great White Brotherhood constitutes the body of manifestation of that Logos
Planetarium and since He works on the internal plans, we must understand that his function encompasses not only the sphere.

process as a whole; in this way, it is very difficult to understand how the First Ray is followed by the Second
and by the Third and how, the combination of the three can restore ecological balance in a certain
ecosystem.
The influence of the First Ray on the animal world.
Looking now for the manifestation of this First Ray in the animal kingdom, we would also obtain interesting data.

the great builders, those enlightened minds, may manifest, in a clean way, the Second Ray of the

The wars.
In the human kingdom, as we have already mentioned, the strength of the First Ray generally acts in the aspects

climate of peace. Wars, even when they are often the result of human selfishness, leave, as a mark, the ground
prepared for the new, higher consciousnesses to arise and create the foundations of a more balanced world.
How does this First Ray work through the disciples of humanity?
As I explained earlier, the First Ray and all the Rays work through concentric circles of brothers.

The Rays of each human being.
In the inner world of man, there are mechanisms by which the being can, momentarily, connect to the
source of their own inspiring Ray. Each human being is propelled in their life, mainly, by two Rays: The Ray
that directs his personality and specifically has oriented him in his external life and, on the other hand, the Ray that governs
the evolution of your inner being, the Ray of the Soul.
When the Soul's Ray is the first, then the being receives momentary impulses that are extremely powerful and it
they can lead to changing the course of their life, repeatedly, throughout it. When is the
personality that is governed by the First Ray, then, the being will manifest tendencies, to a certain extent, violent,
or with a strong sense of social justice.
When we talk about the Ray of Personality, we invariably have to refer to untrained people and to the
trained people, as two distinct aspects of manifestation of this Ray, inherent to human nature. In the
Ray of the Soul, this distinction is not necessary, since in untrained or less evolved people, the Ray of
Alma has no greater influence in her life.
The Ray of the Soul and the Ray of the Personality.
When the being has reached a certain level of spiritual awakening, then the Ray of the Soul competes, to some extent,
with the personality, to take dominion or control over the disciple's life. This struggle continues for a long time.

with a certain Ray due to astrological influences, but the education received totally inhibits the characteristics of
this Ray of birth and it drives him to work on another, having, then, a different personality Ray from the one
he/she had at the time of his/her birth.
The same does not happen with the Ray of the Soul, as it is a characteristic of the individual, from the very moment of their

Manifestations of the First Ray in the unconscious being and in the conscious being.
In the First Ray, we have a very clear differentiation: on one hand, the unconscious person, unprepared, the First

The way the Hierarchy works in this department is, on one hand, contacting the disciples and, on the other,
inspiring the enlightened minds of humanity. The great statesmen, the great strategists, those who impose
painful decisions are often inspired by this Ray. The work of this energy, on the field of politics,
it translates, invariably, into movements of social revolutions and independence of large human collectives.
Under this First Ray, international tribunals are created; under this First Ray, decisions are also made.

As we will see later, the Third Ray of active intelligence is the engine that keeps society in motion.

it can have negative consequences for the path that humanity must follow.
On the other hand, when the Hierarchy observes stagnation in human progress, conditions that, on one hand, lead to the
degradation of man and, on the other hand, keeps him immersed in unconsciousness; the Hierarchy can also decide
to experiment with some type of revolutionary activity, with the aim of bringing a people out of stagnation and reintegrating them into the
evolutionary spiral of humanity.
Without a doubt, the work of the Hierarchy of Masters is broad and interesting for the disciple, but for now, we have covered
only the First Ray; in the next lesson, we will work with the Second Ray.

6. THE SECOND RAY.

Human beings and cosmic energies.
It is always nice to have a group of people eager to understand the mysteries of divine wisdom; however,
when that desire is translated into actions and these are framed within a master plan for development of the
humanity, the feeling is much higher; it's not just feeling pleasant, but feeling a complete joy of

able to be working closely with the Hierarchy and humans.
Importance of studying the history of humanity.
From this place where we are, the problems of humanity are observed differently, you...
they are inevitably influenced by the news, the media, and the opinions regarding
problems, some politicians, economists, or presidents of countries pour out, that is to say, they observe the problems through the
lens of a few of you. However, the history of humanity provides us with the foundations for understanding
of current events and, at the same time, allows us to make certain deductions about the future of humanity.
The knowledge of the divine plan, on the other hand, allows us to understand the nature of the forces that, sequentially,
they will be arriving on Earth in the coming years and, at the same time, be able to predict, with some accuracy, the repercussions that these
energies will have in human society.
While the behavior of an isolated individual is difficult to predict, the way a collective will behave is
relatively simple, if we know well the quality of the energy that is affecting it. The psychology of the
mass is much more accurate than the psychology of the individual. Thus, this overview, grounded in the foundations that I have just

of concerns arising from some military movement, some economic crisis, or some type of political situation, which can
create tensions in relations between countries. Likewise, in certain events both sporting and artistic, they can
affect the way human beings will assimilate the energies from Cosmic Rays.
Human beings produce astral tides.
Human beings produce waves of energy that we have previously referred to as astral tides. Those
astral tides correspond, similarly, to the flows of small waves that occur on all beaches; those

Continuing with our study, we could very well divide human beings into several categories:

Many others simply perceive the nature of the Rays and feel what the correct actions should be in this.

unconscious of the energy they are receiving in their higher vehicles, they invariably follow the trends that
they mark the cosmic energies. And so, all of humanity, as a great collective of beings, fulfills, step by step,
the divine designs and the master plan continue forward.
Study these words and observe how they can understand global events through the lens of these new ones.

7. THE SECOND RAY: LOVE-WISDOM.

The Second Ray reflects the second aspect of God, the aspect of Love Wisdom, and two words had to be combined,

divine will. Love and wisdom together form the guarantee of the fulfillment of the divine plan at all levels of
the creation.
The spiritual genetic code of man.
We have talked before about how every human being has inscribed in their genetic memory not only the map of what
it will be its subsequent evolution, but also, equally, the instructions that will lead it to evolve until it reaches fulfillment
as a human, to subsequently seek a greater expression of manifestation in another higher realm. That code
spiritual, contains all the information necessary to progress through each of the processes of
spiritual evolution that one must go through in order to reach that high level of expression.

The ability to perceive the future of humanity in a total way, with absolute certainty, allows human beings to acquire the

Occasionally, instructors descend to the earth with defined purposes to form fraternities, schools,
