Human Relations and Communication Skills
Objective: To equip the student with knowledge that enables them to develop sociability habits that allow
improve your relationships at work and in other social spheres. Develop attitudes for the
adequate and prioritized service for people with disabilities.
Interpersonal communication is the method of communication that promotes the exchange of information between
two or more people.
Types of communications
Verbal Communication: it is the communication in which the message is constructed by words. We can classify it into:

Communication Process
Each communication situation is different from any other. However, it is possible to identify certain elements that
