Mark all your answers on the answer sheet and write only where it is
indicated. Do not write in the test booklet.
Please write your name in the corresponding space on the sheet of
attached answers. Indicate your sex by marking the corresponding box. Write down the
date and your Identification Number, if you have one, in the indicated places. Indicate your
age and tick the box marked with 'S'.
This questionnaire contains 240 statements. Please read each one of them.
Carefully and circle the answer that best fits your opinion.

Circle "FD" if the statement is absolutely false or FDD N A FA


if you strongly disagree.
