FIRST. THE ASSIGNOR STATES THAT HE IS THE HOLDER OF THE LINE
TELEFONICA Y OF THE INTERNET, CORRESPONDING TO THE NUMBER
PHONE_NUMBER 5959214075, PROVIDED BY TELEFONOS DE MEXICO
(TELMEX) S.A. AND IS CURRENT WITH THE PAYMENT OF THE
COSTS FOR THE TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDED.
SECOND. THAT IT IS HIS WILL TO CEDE THE RIGHTS OF THE LINE
DETAILED TELEPHONE IN THE FIRST CLAUSE ABOVE,
ASSIGNEE.
THIRD. THE ASSIGNEE ACCEPTS THE ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND
COMMIT TO ASSUME ALL THE OBLIGATIONS OWN TO THE
PROVISION OF SERVICE TO THE COMPANY TELEFONES DE MÉXICO,
TELMEX, S.A, AS THE HOLDER OF THE LINE.
FOURTH. BOTH PARTIES STATE THAT THIS ASSIGNMENT IS
EXPRESSION OF THEIR FREE CONSENT, AND THAT THERE IS NO ERROR,
DISHONESTY, DECEIT OR BAD FAITH OF ANY OF THE PARTIES.

THE PRESENT ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS EXTENDS, IN TEXCOCO,


STATE OF MEXICO ON THE TWENTIETH DAY OF THE MONTH OF AUGUST TWO THOUSAND
TWENTY-TWO, SIGNING AT THE BOTTOM FOR DUE CONSTANCY.
