a. ලිපියක ආකෘතියක් (Template) විවෘත කරගන්නේ කෙසේද?

1) Click the Microsoft Office button. In ms word


2) Select New. The New Document dialog box appears.
3) Select Installed Templates to choose a template on your computer.
4) Review the available templates.
5) Left-click a template to select it.
6) Click Create, and the template opens in a new window.

b. ලිපියක ආකෘතියක් (Template) මගින් අපට ලැබෙන වාසි මොනවාද?

 Templates basically enforce overall consistency by having a pre-determined structure


and layout. All documents made using a template will match its layout exactly. When it
comes to your document's content, Word's Styles tool is a great way to maintain
consistent formatting.

3. Microsoft Office Online වෙත පිවිසී ලිපියක ආකෘතියක් (Template) භාගත (Download) කර
ගන්නා ආකාරය දක්වන්න.

 Step 1 - click Office button in Word


 Step 2 - click new button from the menu
 Step 3 - And select Microsoft Office Online
 Step 4 - Under Microsoft Office Online, there are a lot of templates from [Link].
You can go to choose the template you want, and click the Download button located on
the right side.
 Step 5 - Once the download is completed, you will find the template listed in the
available templates list

 Create your own templet in your blank document as you need (in m.s word )

 Add to dictionary. The word is added to your default dictionary. Open the Custom
Dictionaries dialog box by following the steps in the preceding section.

8. Font Style එකක් සකසා ගන්නේ කෙසේද?

I. Click Format > Text Styles.

II. In the Item to Change list, click All, then select the font, size, or color you
want for all text in the current view.
III. To change the font of just tasks and not milestones or summary tasks, click
Noncritical Tasks, change the font, then in turn click Critical Tasks.

IV. Repeat this process for other views.


Changing the font in one view has no effect on the font in other views.
9. Embed Fonts in the File මගින් සිදුවන්නේ කුමක්ද?

 Embedding fonts” ensures that all of the font information used to make your
document look the way it does is stored in the PDF file. So, no matter what fonts a
balloter (or reader) has on their computer, they'll be able to see the file as you
intended it to be seen.

the data back to the file and folder it originally came from On the other hand

 Save as - Save As is a command in the File menu of most applications that


allows to store a new file or to store the file in a new location
