Dear Diven,

On behalf of Impetus Packaging Pvt. Ltd., I am pleased to extend the offer for the position of
Software Development Intern in our IT Division.

Your internship will commence on 05 August 2025 and conclude on 15 December 2025. You will
be based at our Gurgaon office.

You will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000/- for the duration of your internship. Please note
that as an intern, your status will be that of a temporary trainee, and you will not be eligible for
any employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, or holidays.

During your internship, you may be given access to confidential information and intellectual
property belonging to the company. By accepting this offer, you agree to maintain the
confidentiality of such information and refrain from disclosing it or using it for personal
purposes. Upon completion of the internship, you are expected to return all company assets and
documents, including electronic data.

You are also expected to comply with all company policies and behavioral standards throughout
your internship, including our anti-discrimination and workplace conduct policies. This offer
letter represents the entire agreement regarding your internship and may only be modified in
writing.

We hope your internship with us will be enriching and productive. Kindly confirm your
acceptance by signing and returning a copy of this letter, or by acknowledging via email.
