Weekly Routine for Sister (School, Study, Cooking & Rest)

Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

5:00 - 5:30 PM: Arrival, snack, light rest/unwind time


5:30 - 6:15 PM: Cooking/prep dinner (alternate days or shared responsibility)
6:15 - 7:15 PM: Dinner + cleaning up kitchen/chores
7:15 - 8:30 PM: Focused study/homework
8:30 - 9:00 PM: Short break / shower / prep for next day
9:00 - 9:45 PM: Study or revision continues
9:45 - 10:15 PM: Phone time / wind-down
10:15 - 10:30 PM: Bedtime routine (brush teeth, etc.)
10:30 PM: Lights out

Saturday

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Wake up, light chore (room tidy, etc.)
9:00 - 10:30 AM: Cooking (main meal for the day)
10:30 - 12:00 PM: Study session
12:00 - 1:00 PM: Free time / lunch
1:00 - 3:00 PM: Study / reading
3:00 - 5:00 PM: Chill / phone / relax
