A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING FULL SUPPORT TO THE WINDOW RENOVATION
PROJECT OF THE GRADE 2 CLASSROOM AS AN INITIATIVE OF THE
HOMEROOM PTA

WHEREAS, the Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association (HPTA) of Grade 2 recognizes the


importance of maintaining a safe, well-ventilated, and learner-friendly classroom environment;

WHEREAS, it has been observed that the current state of the classroom windows poses safety
risks and lacks adequate ventilation and protection for the pupils during different weather
conditions;

WHEREAS, the HPTA, through its officers and members, has proposed the Window
Renovation Project as a priority initiative to improve the learning environment for the pupils of
Grade 2;

WHEREAS, the said project will be funded and supported by the collective efforts of the
parents, stakeholders, and concerned community members;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it:

RESOLVED, that the Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association of Grade 2, Cabangcalan


Elementary School, hereby expresses its full support to the implementation of the Window
Renovation Project in the Grade 2 classroom;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be submitted to the School Head and the General
PTA for proper endorsement and acknowledgment.

Approved unanimously on this 26th day of June, 2025, at Cabangcalan Elementary School,
Banaybanay District, Davao Oriental.
