Course: PATHFIT 4
Context: This refers to the condensed main Idea that you have learned from this course (At least 10 sentences)
I learned it considerably in our PATHFIT 4 class: the role of sports in daily life. To be precise, people
think that sports are just a diversion, but it is far beyond that: keeping fit and healthy. I learned how
different types of sports demand different skills like strength, speed, and teamwork in order to be
successful. Sports also teach discipline, as there are rules to abide by and training to undergo. I
came to the conclusion that sports connect people, whether in the act of playing or viewing the
sport. I learned that sports are played with great understanding of techniques and proper
movements to apply during play, which makes it interesting because it taught me the importance of
fair play and respect for competitors. Even when we do not win the battle, what is important is that
we have fought well and learn something. The other aspect is that they also improve our mental
capabilities. The entire course taught me a proper understanding of sports in the development of a
better and healthier lifestyle.

Experience: Any personal experience/s that you can relate to the main course (At least 4 sentences)
During my elementary days when I joined intramurals and played badminton it was the most basic entry
point for me. I was shy at that time, not knowing how to play, but I tried it out anyway, practiced hard, and
slow as the speed of opportunity, became a much more confident and skilled player. I recognized how
important sports are for discipline, teamwork, and healthy bodies.
Reflection: This refers to any reflections or realizations you can draw from the context of this course (At least 4 sentences)
In sporting activities, I learned that an athlete is not just for a thrill; they are essential for health and
development. Sports teach people important lessons in discipline, patience, and teamwork
capacity. I learned that exercise relieves stress and enhances mood. The course has also taught me
to respect physical fitness and the values we derive from activities and sports.
Application: How do intend to apply this in your career, community, home and life in general (At least 5 sentences)
I will apply the things I learned by remaining active and exercising on a daily basis. In my future
career, I shall take care of my health so that I can do my job well. In our community, I will encourage
other people, especially youths, to join sports and stay fit. I will teach my family what I learned so
that we can all live together as a healthy family.
