1.1: Pile Point Location Fix up:
First of all, site cleaned up than we need the marking grid line and pile point. When we
will start the drilling, we should take refinance from X and Y or grid line Coordinate. We
will give the layout for Shore Pile and King Post as per supplied Drawing. Layout should
be check by the concern department.
1.2: Boring:
Boring cast in-situ concrete piles are bored by Auger/Rotary Drilling Rig.

1.4: Reinforcement Casing Making:
We are making the Reinforcement Casing for cast in situ pile including welding and
binding by the 24 No GI weir.

1.5: Bore Washing:
After Completing the bore hole then washing (If Needed) time minimum 30 minutes.
1.6: Reinforcement Cage placement in pile bore hole:
When the bore hole cleaning finished, then we are place the Reinforcement Casing.

1.7: Tremie Pipe Placement:
After placing the reinforcement Casing, we will place the tremie pipe. Tremie pipe always
remain in to the concrete at least 1.2 meter.

1.8: Concrete Pouring:
Then the concrete is poured in the pile core to complete the construction of driven cast in-situ
piles.
