The outbox is a
folder in an email
client that
OUTBOX temporarily stores

before they are sent
to the recipient.
Deleted emails are
usually stored for a
TRASH defined time in the
trash folder
Attachment is a file
or document that is
sent with an
ATTACHMENT email. Attachments
can be photos,
PDFs,
spreadsheets, or
other types of files.
