What is an Utility Gap?


Process of constructing the panel around an existing utility with an utility protection

What are the different steps to do so?


Identify the existing utility (trial trenches) and excavate around the utility
Construct the protection around the utility (steel box)
Backfill around the protected utility
Construct the Guide Walls
Execute the panel

What are the existing utility where the has been constructed around?
Singtel, SP Tel, Starhub
HV 22kVA
Gas pipe (300mm)
Water pipe (700mm)

Identify the existing utility (trial trenches) and excavate around the utility.
Installation of ERSS might be required, depending on the depth of the utility
