2. Product Background
Japan is currently one of the world's largest economies, ranking third after the US and
China. With its remarkable development in technology, production and trade, Japan not only
has a profound influence on the global economy, but also has a clear impact on countries in
the region, including Vietnam. Japan's influence on the Vietnamese economy is not only
reflected in trade cooperation opportunities, but also opens up many career opportunities
through investment by Japanese enterprises in the Vietnamese market.

With the appearance of a series of Japanese companies in Vietnam, the demand for
recruiting human resources with foreign language skills, especially Japanese, is increasing.
Many Japanese enterprises require employees to be able to communicate and work fluently
in Japanese in order to maintain and develop relationships with partners. This has created
an increasingly strong trend of learning Japanese not only to improve professional skills but
also to expand employment and study abroad opportunities.

However, for many people, attending Japanese courses directly at language academies
is difficult, especially in terms of geography, time and cost. Not everyone has the conditions
to attend direct classes, especially for those who live in remote areas or are busy with work.
This makes it difficult to access quality courses, hindering the learning process and
developing language skills.

In that context, online course platforms are gradually becoming the optimal solution
for those who want to learn Japanese without facing barriers of time, geography or cost.
Online learning helps learners choose courses that suit their needs, personal learning
progress and pay conveniently and quickly without having to worry about travel or high
learning costs. This is also a flexible learning method, helping learners save time and effort in
improving their foreign language proficiency.

Therefore, building an online Japanese language course management system is

extremely necessary in today's era. This system not only helps learners easily access and
choose quality courses but also creates a convenient and flexible learning environment. At
the same time, for language academy owners, this system will support in managing learners,
monitoring learning progress and improving service quality. Thereby, improving the learner
experience, helping them achieve their learning and career goals more effectively.

The development of online learning platforms not only helps solve accessibility issues,
but also contributes to the strong development of foreign language learning in Vietnam,
especially Japanese. This is an important step in building a modern, flexible educational
platform that is suitable for the growing needs of learners in the context of international
integration.
