GAIN ON DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN DEBT SECURITIES

Every custodian of debt securities, including banking companies maintaining Investor Portfolio Securities (IPS)
Accounts , shall, upon disposal of such securities exclusively outside a registered stock exchange or without
settlement through NCCPL, deduct tax at the rate of 15% of the gross capital gain arising on the disposal of such

The rate of advance tax on cash withdrawal more than Rs.50,000 per day shall be 0% for the persons appearing

ADVANCE TAX ON FOREIGN DOMESTIC WORKERS

The tax collected, or collectible shall be adjustable against the income of such agency, sponsor or a person, as
the case may be, employing the services of such foreign national. The tax shall be Rs.200,000 for the persons
appearing in the ATL and Rs.400,000 for the persons not appearing in the ATL.
