SQL Developer
 Ariba
Ariba is a completely automated process to get data from the DB2 database into the SQL database
and export them into respective Excel files. Files are transmitted through SFTP. The process involves
numerous stored Procedures using the OPENQUERY command to connect to DB2 and import data
into the SQL database. Then an SSIS process is built on top of it to call those Stored Procedures
sequentially. Once the export is done, a sequence container contains all the dataflow items to
sequentially export those data into respective Excel files. A confirmation email will be sent to the
concerned team about the files being placed on the SFTP for pickup.
 Proof of concept for Tableau
Earlier the data to Tableau was fed from DB2 Database which is loaded heavily. We created the
database and the table structure from scratch and moved the data into the SQL database to support
the application. The new additional features, user security, and user hierarchy are also implemented
into this model.
Responsibilities:
 Wrote T-SQL SSIS code Uploaded the files onto the Secured FTP
 Developed the cmd line scripts used by Win-SCP to Automate the upload process with SSIS.
 Developed ad-hoc reports based on SQL Server database.
 Created Ad-Hoc Reports, Summary Reports, Sub Reports, and Drill-down Reports using SSRS.
 Developed and maintained complex triggers and views to support business rules.
 Responsible to support the issues with reports on the enterprise environments (Development,
UAT, Test, and Production

 Dodger
This is a SQL Server database application. With this application, the contact information is sent to
Good Neighbor Hotels on a selective option basis. The contract is sent every year with the previous
year’s data. After each hotel finished inputting the Room descriptions info it is collected back in the
PDF forms that are incorporated with the mail merge option. This is converted into the .csv Excel
files and fed back to the Dodger database. Which in turn does the transformation and is exported to
Oliver Database in the form of several Excel sheets. The Oliver Database supports the Disney Hotel
Booking system. The complexity in the Dodger database comes in because it uses complex VB scripts
in the transformation process and while exporting the files into Different excel sheets according to
the area it falls under.

Disney business rules and attach those files as an email if they are generated on that day. The
Agency and Earmarked files are then generated, free from these exceptions if any. Then these files
must be PGP Encrypted using software that can be integrated with SSIS. The Encrypted files are then
placed on the Secured FTP using SSL connections. Then a confirmation email will be sent to the
concerned team about the files being placed on the SFTP for pickup.
