Record Note of the meeting held on 21-07-2025, under the Chairmanship of
Flnandal Commissioner (Addi. Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department, to review the
revenue realization.
The meeting was attended by Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers, Executive
Engineers of Jal Shakti (PHE/ I&FC) including Director planning and following deliberations
were made in the meeting.
01- 25% of the target of revenue realization fixed for 2025-26 shall be realized by 31st

July 2025 and 50 % by the ends of 30 September 2025.

02- All the commercial connections as per the PDD data shall be registered by 31 of
August 2025 positively.
03- All the commercial establishments shall be metered for which sufficient provisions
shall be made under UT capex Budget.
04- The Chief Engineers of PHE shall provide the authenticated copies of outstanding

water usage of Govt. department viz DDO / HOD wise/ Department wise by 31 July
to Administrative Department for submission to Finance Department.
05- All the rural connections provide under JJM shall also be billed. Mr. Reyaz Ahmad
Bhat Technical Advisor JJM shall co-ordinate the issue.

06- For e-billing the concerned Xens shall provide the authenticated data by the 31 of
July positively. Mr. Sami-ullah SE- shall coordinate the issue.
07- The Superintending Engineers shall monitor the progress of the revene realization viz

25% by 31st July 2025 and 50% by 30 of Sep- 2025 and shall intimate the
Administrative department through Chief Engineer, any poor performance observed
for appropriate action in the matter under rules.
