undertake the following:
1.I undertake to pay the cost of estimate amount in advance in
full for theproposed DCW works before execution of works;
2.I also undertake to pay the cost of materials damaged/broken
during thenormal course of dismantling / transport, etc or the
materials becomeunserviceable during the execution of works;
3.I undertake to deposit further amounts during the course of
execution of thework, if the earlier deposit is found to be
inadequate due to escalation in
cost / change in scope of the work depending on the site condition
s and otherunforeseen reasons, if any.
4.I also undertake to pay any other additional amounts arised due
to auditremarks in future.
5.I undertake that if there is any hindrance / objection from other
consumerswhile executing the works by the TANGEDCO, the same
shall be set right atmy personal capacity so as to carry out the
works by the TANGEDCO and theTANGEDCO is not liable for the
delay in execution of the works
