1. Teacher Script – Opening & Introduction

Good morning, class!


Today we are going to learn about “Procedure Text.”
A procedure text tells us how to do something step by step.
Can anyone give me an example? (pause for response)

Great! Today, we are going to learn “How to Make a Cup of Tea.”


We will read a text, practice with your friends, and also try giving instructions.

Are you ready? Let’s start!

2. Teacher Script – Vocabulary & Practice

Here are some important words for today:


- boil: to heat water until it’s hot and bubbling
- pour: to transfer liquid from one container to another
- stir: to mix using a spoon
- add: to put something in

Repeat after me: boil – pour – stir – add.

Now let’s try using them in a sentence.


Example: “Boil the water.” – Please repeat.
Good job!

3. Student Script – Pair Dialogue

A: What are we going to make today?


B: We are going to make a cup of tea.
A: What do we need?
B: We need a teabag, hot water, sugar, and a spoon.
A: What is the first step?
B: First, boil the water.
A: Then?
B: Then, put the teabag in the cup and pour the hot water.
A: Okay, let’s do it together!

4. Teacher Script – Group Practice Instructions

Now, I will divide you into groups.

Materials: a teabag, hot water, a cup, sugar, a spoon.

Steps:
1. First, boil the water.
2. Then, put the teabag into the cup.
3. After that, pour the hot water.
4. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
5. Add sugar if you like.
6. Stir well and enjoy the tea.
