India’s Manufacturing PMI rose to 58.10 in March 2025, up

Sectoral Indices
Vodafone Idea announced that the government's stake
in the company will rise to 48.99% following the fresh
acquisition of shares worth INR 36,950 Cr. This move aligns
with the September 2021 Telecom Sector Reforms and
involves converting outstanding spectrum auction dues
into equity. The government stake will increase from
22.60%, with promoters maintaining operational control.
The Company has been directed to issue 3,695 Cr equity
shares of the face value of INR 10 each at an issue price of
INR 10 each.
Movers and Shakers
COMPANY CLOSE PRICE (INR) % CHANGE Delhivery Limited is set to acquire rival Ecom Express in
an all-cash deal worth INR 1,407 Cr, marking the largest
