6:30 AM Wake Up Drink 1-2 glasses of water.


6:45 AM Pre-Workout Snack 1 banana + 5 soaked almonds.
7:00 AM Morning Workout Calisthenics routine: Push, Pull, Legs, or Core (30-45 min).
7:45 AM Post-Workout Breakfast 1 cup oats with milk, banana, and jaggery OR 2 cups poha with peanuts + curd.
8:30 AM Get Ready for College Shower and pack snacks/lunch if needed.
8:45 AM College Starts Focus on classes.
