The copy of the handwriting document acknowledging the receipt and all profoma
invoices of the items supplied dated 8 th December, 2012, 12th December 2012, 18th
December 2012, 4th January, 2013, 10th January, 2013, 6th February, 2013, 6th
February, 2013, 15th February, 2013, 10th March, 2013, 9th March, 2013, 7th April,
2013, 12 April, 2013, 30th April, 2013, 3rd May, 2013, 13th February, 2013, 22nd
December, 2012, 7th May, 2013, 4th May, 2013, 9th May, 2013, 4th April, 2018, 14th
June 2018, 26th April, 2018 and not yet paid are hereby pleaded and shall be rely on at
the trail

11. The claimant avers that the profoma invoices of the specific items that the defendant
needed to be supplied was agreed and issued and duly signed by each party before the
supply.

12. The claimant avers that profoma invoice is only issued to the defendants to show the list of
items the claimant shall supply to the defendant before payment and upon supplying, the
defendant shall acknowledge the receipt of same pending when he paid before a sales
receipt shall be given to him.

13. That the claimant states that after every supply of the above listed machinery, the 3rd
defendant acknowledge the receipt of all the items/machineries supplied and installed.
