XXV.

Notices

(a) Any notice or other communication that may be given by one Party to the other shall always be
in writing and shall be served either by (i) hand delivery duly acknowledged; or (ii) sent by
registered post with acknowledgement due; at the respective addresses set out herein below or
at such other address as may be subsequently intimated by one Party to the other in writing as
set out herein; or (iii) email at the ids set out herein below.

(b) All the notices and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement that are
addressed as provided in this Clause shall be deemed to have been validly given on (i) the
business date of receipt, if sent by courier or hand delivery; or (iii) the expiry of seven days after
posting, if sent by registered post.

(c) Any Party may, from time to time, change its address or representative for receipt of notices
provided for in this Agreement by giving to the other Party not less than 7 days prior written
notice.

XXVI. Waiver

Save where this Agreement expressly provides, neither Party shall be deemed to have waived any
right, power, privilege or remedy under the Agreement unless such Party shall have delivered to
the other Party a written waiver signed by an authorized officer of such waiving Party. No failure
or delay on the part of either Party in exercising any right, power, privilege or remedy hereunder
shall operate as a waiver, default or acquiescence thereof, nor shall any waiver on the part of
either Party of any right, power, privilege or remedy hereunder operate as a waiver of any other
right, power, privilege or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power,
privilege or remedy hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of
any other right, power, privilege or remedy hereunder.

XXVII. Authorized Signatory

Both Parties shall provide in writing the names and designations of their respective authorized
signatories for this Agreement.
