UNIVERSAL DESIGN IS ABOUT IMPROVING ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL PEOPLE
Universal Design addresses accessibility at all levels, demographics and abilities. Truly universal design will address
disability in all its forms - from able-bodied people with a temporary disability to people suffering multi- limb mobility
restrictions or severe sight and hearing impairments. A good start to considering the overwhelming concept of universal
design is to design accessibility for all abilities.
