from the normal physical state of human existence. Stress is seen as an inevitable side
effect of worker productivity. According to physical sciences, all materials exhibit the
phenomenon of stress when they are subjected to “force, pressure, strain, or strong-front,”
however the heating stage of forged metals has its own limit for how much stress it can
withstand before becoming damaged.

1. Kim E [Link] (2023) ‘A Study on Model of Psychotherapy Narration Focused on Mental
Well-Being for Stress Management in the Elderly’. This study recommended
psychotherapy narrative as a way to improve the mental health of the elderly by
combining person-centred treatment, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural
therapy. Postmodern psychotherapy strategies based on diverse psychological ideas
or procedures have begun to be more commonly used in addition to existing
mainstream psychotherapeutic methods. This study created a postmodern
psychotherapy narrative and validated it by analysing elderly contentment with the
relevant emotion. According to the elderly’s stressful situations and emotions, this
satisfaction analysis study discovered the value of the psychotherapy-narrative
model. This research could serve as the foundation for a postmodernist-
psychotherapy narrative for the elderly. As a result, future-oriented development and
research on the diversity of the aged and the consequences of each storytelling are
critical, based on the model of this study. This research has provided mental self-
sufficiency to individuals who require psychotherapy in the future.
2. Guimaraes T T (2023) ‘Stress Management: from Sports Science to People
Management. Revista Intercontinental de Gestapo Deportivo-RIGD’ In this context,
monitoring the effect of chronic stress is critical, but there is no agreement on which
techniques to employ due to inaccuracy, challenging interpretations, and
inconclusions. As a result, the goal of this study is to convey conceptual information
about stress, its involvement in the development of chronic fatigue, as well as to
highlight limitations, gaps, and future perspectives on monitoring options. Examples
from exercise and sport sciences were utilized to build arguments and provide
potential solutions. It is believed that the understanding knowledge would direct
actions in various areas of professional activity, favouring human resource
management.
3. Goodwin A M & [Link] (2023) ‘Protocol for Randomized Personalized Trial for Stress
Management Compared to Standard of Care. Frontiers in Psychology’. Stress
management approaches include a variety of evidence-based treatments that have
been found to be beneficial but with variable treatment responses, showing a lack of
universal benefits for all individuals. For three therapies to manage perceived stress,
this trial will compare a tailored approach to standard of care. The primary analysis
will compare stress levels in the tailored and standard of care arms. The findings of
this experiment will provide more support for the use of customised designs for stress
management.

5. Antoni M H & Dhabhar F S (2019) ‘The impact of psychosocial stress and stress
management on immune responses in patients with cancer’. The overview contains
molecular, cellular and clinical research that focuses on the effects of stress
processes and stress-management strategies on immunological variables that may
or may not change in response to cancer or its treatment. Basic
psychoneuroimmunology research on stress processes provides avenues for further
investigation into biobehavioural processes that may underpin the found
relationships. In the future, the development of theoretically driven and empirically
supported stress-management therapies could be crucial adjuncts to clinical cancer
care.

questionnaire covering factors such as superiors’ support, colleague assistance,
remuneration, and promotion. The results indicated that the workload was relatively
high, primarily due to frequent overtime and extensive domestic travel. The study
found a correlation between workload and job satisfaction, with both positive and
negative models: high workload can either enhance or diminish job satisfaction. To

database to reduce difficulties in data access, which contributes to excessive
overtime.
